This policy explains what Ari’s Lemonade collects through arislemonade.com, why, and what happens to it. We are a small lemonade business in North Attleborough, Massachusetts. We are not in the business of collecting data, and we keep this as narrow as we can.

What we collect
Information you send us
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, enquiry type, and any date, guest count or notes you enter. We only ask for these so we can reply to you.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records standard measurement data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. If you reject, these do not run. We do not use advertising pixels or run ad retargeting.

The embedded map does not load until you accept cookies or press the button on it, so Google receives nothing from it before then. We do not use a chat widget, an AI chatbot, or an AI voice receptionist on this site, and nothing you send through it is fed into an AI system.
Why we use it, and for how long
- Replying to you. Enquiry details are kept in our email and booking records for as long as needed to serve you, and up to three years afterwards for follow-up and our own records.
- Understanding the site. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
- Keeping the form usable. Spam-prevention signals are handled by hCaptcha and not retained by us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed above, and where we are legally required to.
Your choices
- Accept or reject analytics cookies at any time through .
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing arislemonadee@gmail.com.
- Ask not to be contacted again, and we will remove you from our records.
Massachusetts does not currently have a general consumer data privacy statute of the kind in place in California, Connecticut, Colorado or Virginia. If you are a resident of a state that does grant those rights, we will honour a verified request under that law as though it applied here. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Copyright and intellectual property concerns
The photographs, video, wording and design on this site belong to Ari’s Lemonade or are licensed for our use. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email arislemonadee@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright concern”, telling us what the work is, where on the site the material appears, and how to reach you. We will look into it and respond, and we will remove anything we should not be using.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the contact form is protected against automated abuse. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not store payment details or sensitive personal information on this site.
