Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or defraud anyone;
- submit false information, or someone else’s contact details, through the contact form;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it;
- scrape, copy or republish the site’s content, photography or video for commercial use without our written permission;
- use automated systems to submit the form or harvest information.
Intellectual property
The Ari’s Lemonade name, logo, photography, video, recipes as described, wording and site design are owned by Ari’s Lemonade or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce our content commercially without permission. Brand names of products we use, such as Torani, Monin, Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Fanta and Red Bull, belong to their respective owners and are named only to describe what is in a drink. Copyright concerns are handled under the Copyright and intellectual property section of our Privacy Policy.
Information you submit through the form
The contact form is for genuine enquiries about orders, bookings and our menu. Submitting it does not create a booking, hold a date, or form a contract. Nothing is confirmed until we reply and agree it with you in writing. What we do with your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Menu, pricing and availability
Flavours, prices, opening hours and market dates on this site are correct to the best of our knowledge when published, and can change. Seasonal flavours sell out and market schedules move. Please call or text (774) 331-9682 to confirm before travelling.
Allergies and dietary information
Descriptions on this site are provided in good faith, but drinks are made by hand in a shared space where dairy, fruit syrups, tapioca and other ingredients are handled together, so we cannot guarantee any drink is free from a given allergen. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please speak to us in person before ordering. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps or our social media, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Ari’s Lemonade is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This clause concerns use of the website; it does not limit any rights you have as a customer in respect of products you actually buy from us.

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, without notice, from anyone who breaches these terms or misuses the site or its forms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts serving Bristol County, Massachusetts.
